The WALK 4 fitness and health club is designed to help the local Santa Barbara community get fit, healthy and lose weight.
Suitable for ALL ages and fitness levels.
This is a three times a week exercise plan which allows muscles to recover and reduce the risk of injury.
Sessions last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your fitness level and available time.
Members start with warming up, followed by walking laps at a pace that you are comfortable with and once fit enough, will follow pre-marked mapped routes that vary frequently, along the beautiful beach front of Santa Barbara.

Your progress is monitored under close supervision.
You will be placed in a group of similar fitness level people.
Pulse rates and breathing are monitored during initial stages.
All walking sessions begin with a warm up session.
Conveniently located at Cabrillo Ball Park.
Morning sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, starting at 8:15 am
Cost to join is $50.00 monthly.
